From where are your products shipped?
We ship from our facilities located in the Chicago western suburbs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We ship to anywhere in the United States and its territories FREE (including military and diplomatic Military APO/FPO/DPO locations).
We ship FREE to Canada & Mexico on all orders over $50 USD, and FREE to all other international destinations on orders over $150 USD.
For orders less than $50.01 to Canada & Mexico, and to all other intentional destinations with orders less than $150.01 USD, we charge a nominal flat rate (in most cases, less than the cost to us) depending on the destination. This rate displays during checkout after you enter your destination shipping address.
We do not cover VAT, customs and import taxes incurred that may apply.

Where do you ship?
Just about anywhere. You can specify the location to where you want your order shipped during checkout when filling out your shipping information. You can find more information here about shipping and our shipping policies.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and all major credit cards. All payments paid by e-Check through PayPal must clear before you order can be fulfilled.
Can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number that states we’re getting it ready to be shipped. Once your order is shipped, a second shipping confirmation email will be sent to notify you it’s on the way. Click the dark red View Your Order button for updated tracking information.
Tracking information usually updates from "Unavailable" or "Pre-Shipment" status to "In-Transit" within 24 hours after receipt by the carrier, but can take longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Times depend on many factors. Our stated time are estimates based on average experienced times and non-guaranteed estimates provided to us by the carriers we use for shipping. Factors outside our control may cause delivery times to be longer. For example:
- Availability of an item;
- Service provided/available by the carrier in/to your area;
- Holidays and holiday traffic.
Unless expressly stated in the item's description, US and Canadian residents should allow at least 1 week for orders to arrive after being shipped. Due to demand and popularity of our products, it may on occasion take a little longer to receive your order.
We have no control over the postal/freight systems. Therefore, we can only provide estimates and cannot make promises as to specific dates/times when your order will arrive once it is accepted into the carrier's system.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org first (before giving us a negative review) so that we are given a fair opportunity to address your concerns and make things right if there is a problem.
We are dedicated to our customers, with our goal always being a happy satisfied customer. However, we cannot help if we are unaware of a problem.
Can I change my order if I need a correction made?
That depends. We may be able to submit a correction if your item hasn’t shipped yet. If your item has already shipped, we of course cannot stop it. Either way, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will see what we can do. We want you to be a happy customer.
