Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our non-custom products. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or offer a refund or exchange.

The first step is to email us at within 7 days of possession. Provide the reason for your return or exchange and we will be happy to instruct you further from there.

To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. order and tracking numbers) from WjNook is required.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • WjNook is not responsible for any shipping fees or return shipping fees. WjNook is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance services.

If your item was damaged during transport or does not work properly, please provide picture(s) of the damage. This will be helpful in expediting your return, refund or exchange.

In our effort to combat fraud, attempting to return items or claiming an item was returned without first receiving confirmation and instructions from us for a return, refund or exchange will not be accepted and will void our return policy and forfeit any refund, exchange or compensation that might have otherwise been granted.

Non-returnable items

Several types of items are exempt from being returned, refunded or exchanged. These include:

  • Items not in original condition are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or from shipping;
  • Gift cards;
  • Hand-crafted custom knits and crocheted items.

Refunds and Exchanges (when applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. In the case of an exchange, a new identical replacement item will be shipped, with a new tracking number sent to you via email. If the item being exchanged is no longer available for whatever reason, we will contact you and offer a refund for the full purchase price amount or an alternate similar or matching item of equal value if available.

Late or missing refunds (when applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank/card account again.

Then contact your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a WjNook Gift Credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a WjNook Gift Credit certificate ID will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and (s)he will be responsible for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Regardless of its value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance — we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
