U.S. SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. When ordering custom items, the length of time it takes to prepare your order for shipment will vary depending on the items in your order. Refer to the Preparation & Shipping Time section within each item's description in the store for specific preparation times.

Our current method of shipping is Standard First Class Parcel using USPS (United States Postal Service), which normally takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver within the contiguous U.S.

Transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories, such as Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, et al) takes approximately 1-2 weeks, but can be affected by the limited availability of transportation to certain locations and weather related delays causing transit times to take up to 3 to 5 weeks.

Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO is approximately 1-2 weeks, and will vary, taking up to 45 days or longer depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.

ESTIMATE TRANSIT TIMES

  • Within the contiguous 48 States: approximately 5-8 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: approximately 1-2 weeks, but may take longer depending on availability of transportation to certain locations.
  • APO/FPO/DPO locations: approximately 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 45 days or longer depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.

Service transit times exclude holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during holiday seasons.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our current method of shipping international is Standard First Class Parcel using USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50 USD to Canada and Mexico.
  • Shipping to all other international destinations is FREE on all orders over $150 USD.

For orders less than $50.01 to Canada & Mexico, and to all other intentional destinations with orders less than $150.01 USD, we charge a nominal flat rate (in most cases, less than the cost to us) depending on the destination. This rate displays during checkout after you enter your destination shipping address.

You, the buyer, is responsible for any VAT, customs and import taxes incurred that may apply.

Tracking is NOT available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update until it leaves the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. So, please check you emails for updates!

If your order is shipped in multiple parts, you will receive a tracking number for each parcel.

Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be entered into the USPS system. If you received your tracking information on a weekend or during a U.S. holiday or holiday weekend, please allow up to 48 additional hours for the tracking information to be updated.

We suggest signing up for email and/or SMS notifications through USPS and/or your local courier's tracking system using your file tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, or if tracking shows your parcel as being delivered but is nowhere to be found at the destination address specified on your order, please contact USPS or the last available courier for more information.

Some things you can do if tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you personally never received physical possession of it:

  • If you live in an apartment, check with neighboring apartments or your building management. Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor or building management if you are not home.
  • If you live in a single or multiple family dwelling, check with neighbors or a family member. A neighbor or family member might have received your package and neglected to tell you about it.
  • Check with your Post Office. Sometimes the Post Office will show your item as delivered, but hold it for you at the post office behind the counter. This is especially true if you own a P.O Box or had your mail temporarily stopped when it was delivered.

You are ultimately responsible for ensuring your parcel is delivered to a safe and secure location or person. Specifically:

If you (or someone you trust) cannot be home when your parcel is delivered and/or there is no safe and secure place for it to be left without the risk of being stolen from your mail box, porch or entryway, we recommend requesting that your parcel require a signature for delivery so the local post office or courier will hold it for you if you are not home to receive it. If you want signature delivery, you must expressly request it in your order. The cost of this service is your responsibility and will be added to your order.

BUSINESS/COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES

If your order is being delivered to an individual at a business/commercial address, make sure the person's first and last name is in the First Name and Last Name fields on the Contact Information page when you check out to avoid the package being delayed in getting delivered to the individual addressee.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

You, the buyer, is responsible for any VAT, customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. WjNook is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $8 USD undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address and information if you would like your items re-sent.
